How does your wedding booking process work?
The first step is to fill out the contact form or email me at info@anastasiamua.com with details about your wedding. Most brides book 8 - 12 months out from their wedding date (we do accept last minute bookings if available).
Do you offer both hair and makeup?
Yes, we offer both hair and makeup through Anastasia MUA. I specialize in bridal makeup. In addition to myself, I employ a team of highly skilled hair and makeup artists to accommodate large wedding parties.
Can you come on site, and do you charge a travel fee?
We do offer on site services! We charge a travel fee for all on site appointments. Our travel fee is not based on mileage. It's a per artist rate determined by the time it takes to travel from South Austin. Please inquire about your location and number of services for a travel fee quote.
To avoid a travel fee, bridal parties are welcome to get ready at our South Austin home studio.
Do you require a deposit to hold my date?
Yes, we require a deposit and signed contract to hold your date. If you would like to book with our team, act fast - we book up quickly!
Do you offer hair and makeup trials? Will I have the same artists on my wedding day as for my trial?
Yes, we do offer trials. The artists you have your trial with will be the same artists scheduled for your wedding day.
Do you offer hair and makeup trials on the weekend?
Our team is incredibly busy on the weekends, so we generally only offer hair and makeup trials on weekdays (primarily Monday - Wednesday). We have evening appointments available to accommodate work schedules.
Do you have a service minimum required to book a wedding with your team?
We have service minimums for high volume wedding dates. Please inquire about your date to see if a service minimum applies!
How long will it take for your team to do hair and makeup day of?
This depends on how many hair and makeup services are booked, but your get ready time will not exceed 4.5 hours. If you require a quicker a get ready time, an additional artist fee may apply - please inquire for details.
Do you offer package pricing?
No, our service prices are per person.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Zelle, Paypal, Venmo or cash. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks at this time.
What products do you use in your makeup applications?
I use high end products suitable for sensitive skin and formulated to last all day in the heat and humidity. Brands in my kit include Koh Gen Do, Dior, Natasha Denona, Charlotte Tilbury, Nars Cosmetics, Anastasia Beverley Hills, Urban Decay, Benefit Cosmetics and more.
Do you have makeup that will match my skin tone?
Yes! Inclusivity is important to us, and we carry foundation shades to match all skin tones.
Do you offer airbrush makeup?

Can my artist add hair extensions to my style? Do I need to bring my own hair extensions?
Yes, we can add hair extensions to your style ($25/style). Yes, clients must purchase and bring in their own extensions - please be sure they are clip in, 100% human hair extensions. Ulta and Sallys have affordable options, and Bellami extensions are top of the line.
Do your hair artists have experience styling curly / textured hair?
Some of our hair artists specialize in working with curly / textured hair, some do not - if you or your bridal party are in need of this skill set, please let me know when booking so I can place you with an artist who specializes in curly hair.
